     Larry Roger Starr was born on 1 June 1944 at Dayton, Ohio.¹ He died on 6 December 2016 at Blanchester, Clinton County, Ohio, at age 72.¹
     He served in the USAF in Greece and Turkey as a communication specialist during the Vietnam War.¹ After returning home from military service he worked under the director of Fran Strattman, Clinton County Cable T.V., then as General Manager of Harte Hanks Cable, then manager of Clinton County Water Company, and finally was a Field Supervisor for Western Rural Water until his retirement in 2006.¹
